Stainless Steel 309H Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy that contains high percentages of chromium (24–26%) and nickel (13–22%), ensuring superior oxidation and carburization resistance at elevated temperatures. The “H” designation indicates increased carbon content (0.04–0.10%), adding strength and resistance to thermal creep deformation at higher temperatures to the alloy. The tubing provides a minimum tensile strength of 520 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa. Its superior mechanical properties and durability in high-temperature environments render it suitable for application in extreme conditions, providing durability and performance in demanding applications.
