Copper Nickel Pipes are mainly supplied in two standard grades: 90/10 (90% copper, 10% nickel) and 70/30 (70% copper, 30% nickel), with minor additions of iron and manganese to improve strength and corrosion resistance. These alloys provide superior resistance to seawater corrosion, erosion, and biofouling. Mechanically, Copper Nickel Pipes provide high tensile strength (around 275–310 MPa), good elongation, and excellent ductility, which makes them easy to fabricate and install. Their stability under pressure and thermal conductivity recommend them for aggressive environment exposure and high-performance use in heat exchange, fluid transfer, and heat exchange applications.
