Mild Steel Pipes are made up mostly of iron with low carbon content ranging from 0.05% to 0.25%, and they are therefore easily weldable and shapeable. They can also have tiny percentages of manganese, silicon, and traces of other impurities. This makes them have superior ductility, toughness, and malleability. Physically, Mild Steel Pipes have moderate tensile strength ranging from 400–550 MPa, and they have good impact resistance.
