Stainless Steel 304H Tube is a high-carbon variant of the base grade 304 having 0.04% to 0.10% carbon content, which enhances high-temperature strength. Its chemical makeup consists of chromium (18–20%) and nickel (8–11%), providing high corrosion resistance and oxidation stability. The tube has a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa, coupled with good elongation and structural stability under thermal stress. These mechanical characteristics make SS 304H suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, where strength and integrity are required in challenging conditions like boilers, heat exchangers, and processing plants.
