Stainless Steel Boiler Tubing is generally fabricated from austenitic or ferritic stainless steel grades like 304, 316, 321, or 347 based on the purpose. The tubes also have major constituents such as chromium (16–20%), nickel (8–13%), and molybdenum (2–3% in certain grades) to provide increased corrosion and heat resisting properties. Some of the mechanical features are high tensile strength (500–750 MPa), yield strength (200–300 MPa), and superior elongation and creep resistance at raised temperatures. The tubing is engineered to resist severe pressure and thermal stress, providing dependable performance and long service life in harsh boiler and heat exchanger applications.
