Titanium Gr 3 Pipes contain mostly titanium (approximately 99.2%) with small traces of iron, oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, and hydrogen. Grade 3 has more strength compared to Grades 1 and 2 with excellent corrosion resistance. It has a typical tensile strength of about 585 MPa (85,000 psi), yield strength of around 380 MPa (55,000 psi), and good ductility with elongation of about 18%. With a density of 4.5 g/cm³, it is light and works efficiently under pressure. Titanium Gr 3 is perfect for moderate to high-stress applications where tough yet corrosion-resistant materials are needed.
