Stainless Steel 304L EFW Pipes are constructed from an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and lower carbon content, which improves weldability and reduces carbide precipitation during welding. The composition provides excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation in a variety of environments. The pipes have a tensile strength of about 485 MPa and a yield strength of about 170 MPa. With excellent toughness and ductility, even in low temperatures, 304L EFW pipes are best for use in cases demanding strength, cleanliness, and high corrosion resistance.
