Stainless Steel 904L Welded Pipes are manufactured with a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel having about 20% chromium, 25% nickel, 4.5% molybdenum, and 1.5% copper. The alloy makes corrosion resistance higher, particularly in applications with sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The welded pipes have superior mechanical strength with tensile strength of approximately 490 MPa and sound ductility. The pipes are strongly resistant to stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion, and pitting. The material also offers good weldability and formability, allowing it to be fabricated into different shapes and sizes without loss of structural integrity in harsh operating environments.
