Stainless Steel 904L Electropolished Pipes consist of high chromium (19–23%), nickel (23–28%), molybdenum (4–5%), and copper (1–2%), which increase their resistance to corrosion in hostile conditions. These pipes have mechanical properties such as a tensile strength of approximately 490 MPa, yield strength of 220 MPa, and an elongation of 35%. The smooth inner surface minimizes turbulence and microbial contamination, and hence the pipes are well suited for hygienic and high-purity applications with both mechanical strength and chemical resistance.
