Hastelloy Welded Pipes consist mainly of nickel, with additions of molybdenum, chromium, iron, and cobalt varying by Hastelloy grade (e.g., C-22, C-276, or X). The special alloy content gives Hastelloy excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in severe chemical environments, including oxidizing and reducing agents. Hastelloy pipes are mechanically strong (up to 790 MPa tensile strength), ductile, and highly weldable. They are designed with mechanical strength in high temperature and pressure conditions and hence are eligible for applications involving high-risk.
