Hastelloy Mechanical Tubing consists primarily of nickel with the addition of molybdenum, chromium, iron, and cobalt, depending on the application grade (such as C-22 or C-276). The unique blend of these alloys provides exceptional resistance to oxidation, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. Mechanically, Hastelloy tubing has high tensile strength (up to 690 MPa), yield strength of about 283 MPa, and excellent ductility, even at extreme temperature and pressure.
