321 and 321H Stainless Steel Welded Tubing is titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel containing chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and titanium to resist corrosion intergranular. The 321H version has more carbon content, and it provides better high-temperature strength and resistance to creep. These welded tubes provide tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of around 205 MPa, and elongation of around 35%. Their outstanding mechanical properties, coupled with high resistance to oxidation and thermal fatigue, render them ideal for steady operation at high temperatures and for employment in welded structures which are subjected to thermal cycling.
