Stainless Steel 310 and 310S Welded Tubing consist mainly of iron, chromium (24–26%), and nickel (19–22%), which provide excellent oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength. The 310S grade features reduced carbon content, enhancing weldability and minimizing carbide precipitation during welding. These tubes exhibit impressive mechanical properties, including a tensile strength of approximately 520 MPa and a yield strength of around 205 MPa. Their high creep resistance and thermal stability at high temperatures make them ideal for thermal cycling and mechanical stress applications, providing reliable performance under harsh conditions.
