Duplex Steel S32205 Pipes consist of around 22% Chromium, 5-6.5% Nickel, 3-3.5% Molybdenum, 0.14-0.2% Nitrogen, and low carbon content, with superior corrosion resistance and strength. Their mechanical properties are a minimum yield strength of 450 MPa, tensile strength up to 620-880 MPa, and good fatigue resistance. Physical characteristics include density of 7.8 g/cm³, melting range of 1350–1400°C, and thermal conductivity of approximately 19 W/m·K. All these characteristics provide S32205 pipes with excellent suitability for high-pressure, corrosive, and high-temperature industrial conditions.
