SS310H Heat Exchanger Tube Stainless Steel is the high-carbon variant of SS 310 designed for operation under high-temperature conditions. Their chemical content encompasses chromium (24–26%), nickel (19–22%), and more than 0.04% of carbon for further creep strength as well as hot stress resistance. These tubes consist of at least 515 MPa tensile strength as well as a 205 MPa yield strength coupled with impressive elongation as well as toughness. The better oxidation, carburization, and thermal fatigue resistance of the alloy make it suitable for high-temperature heat exchanger applications and harsh industrial environments.
