Incoloy 825 Tubing consists of about 38-46% Nickel, 19.5-23.5% Chromium, 2.5-3.5% Molybdenum, 1.5-3% Copper, and balanced with Iron, together with traces of Titanium and Manganese. It provides good mechanical properties with a tensile strength of about 585 MPa and yield strength of 220 MPa, and good elongation and impact toughness. On a physical basis, it has a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1370–1400°C. Incoloy 825 is widely recognized for its superior corrosion resistance, especially in acidic as well as high-temperature conditions, and is ideal for aggressive service conditions.
