CuNi Welded Tubing consists mainly of copper and nickel. Usually in 90/10 or 70/30 proportions, with trace amounts of iron and manganese to improve strength and corrosion resistance. Mechanically, it provides good tensile strength, superior ductility, and stress and fatigue resistance, which qualifies it for high-pressure use. Physically, it has low magnetic permeability, high thermal conductivity, and superior seawater corrosion and biofouling resistance.
