Super Duplex Steel Pipes S32750 possess a strong chemical composition with 24–26% chromium, 6–8% nickel, 3–5% molybdenum, and nitrogen, manganese, and iron additions, offering superior corrosion resistance. Mechanically, they possess higher strength with a minimum yield point of 550 MPa and tensile strength of approximately 795 MPa, with good ductility and impact toughness. Their duplex microstructure has the beneficial characteristics of ferritic and austenitic stainless steels, providing higher stress corrosion cracking resistance, high fatigue strength, and operating reliability under even rigorous pressure and temperature conditions.
