Mild Steel Seamless Round Pipes consist mainly of iron and have a low carbon content, ranging between 0.16–0.29%, such that they make excellent weldability and machinability possible. They can also include minute quantities of manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus. They have good mechanical properties with a tensile strength of approximately 350–460 MPa and yield strength ranging from 250–350 MPa, varying based on grade. They possess good ductility and impact strength.
